№ 2About Mike
Fifty people counted as a quiet dinner.
Mike grew up in a family where 50 people was an ordinary night. He learned beside his dad before dawn, cooking men’s breakfasts that served more than 500 guests. Later, as a camp head chef, he fed 350-plus people through the week and catered retreats and weddings on the weekends.
Noble Table grew from that same instinct: make generous food and room for people to stay awhile. For Mike, hospitality is a practical expression of his Christian calling.
I would be honored to feed your people. — Mike
