№ 1Services

Full-service catering, start to finish.

Noble Table handles menu planning, cooking, setup, service, and cleanup for gatherings large and small. Based in Bend, we serve Central Oregon and travel for select retreats, camps, and weddings. You bring the people and the occasion; Mike will help shape the meal around both.

For Mike, this work is biblical hospitality — philoxenia, the love of the stranger — practiced with real food at a well-set table.

№ 2About Mike

Fifty people counted as a quiet dinner.

Mike grew up in a family where 50 people was an ordinary night. He learned beside his dad before dawn, cooking men’s breakfasts that served more than 500 guests. Later, as a camp head chef, he fed 350-plus people through the week and catered retreats and weddings on the weekends.

Noble Table grew from that same instinct: make generous food and room for people to stay awhile. For Mike, hospitality is a practical expression of his Christian calling.
